Salon Policy

To cancel an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. For treatments lasting over three hours, please provide 48 hours’ notice. If an appointment is not canceled within these timeframes, a R100 fee will be added to your next booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
